We’ve made wine really simple, as honestly when you’re a Junior Stew, you don’t need to know 100 different types of wine and memorise labels word for word. Still, it is really handy to know how to open and pour it, the different types of glassware, and how to store wine properly (yes, there is a right and a wrong way) to name a few!

And more! But it’s all things that are ACTUALLY really helpful, rather than teaching you 100 overly complicated things that you don’t really need to know.

This course is for you if:

  • You want to learn the basics of wine, in an easy-to-digest course

  • You’re a Sole Stew and want a more in-depth understanding of wine

  • You’ve only done housekeeping and want to learn about service

  • You are a Junior Stew

  • You’re interested in wine, but aren’t ready to complete your WSET2
