The GUEST accredited Foundational Leadership Course is designed to give you the tools to adapt, motivate, and bring out the best in their crew - whether it's managing conflict, setting goals, or leading team meetings that actually work.

From high-pressure service to mentoring junior crew, you'll learn to communicate clearly, lead calmly, and inspire daily. This isn't just about managing, it's about becoming the stew everyone looks up to.
